Position: Sales Executive / Relationship Officer

- Job ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell financial products, including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Term Insurance, and SIPs.
- Generate business through company-provided leads and direct market sourcing.
- Conduct regular market visits to meet potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and other financial services to customers.
- Convert provided leads into successful business transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

1. Daily Work ResponsibilitiesMorning Gate Meeting: Attend daily morning meetings to discuss targets, performance, and business planning.
2. Lead Follow-ups: Connect with company-provided leads and convert them into customers.
3. Rigorous Market Visits: Conduct extensive field visits to generate business and acquire current customers.

Sales & Conversion: Focus on loan disbursement, insurance sales, and SIP activation.
5. Daily Reporting: Share daily sales updates, market activity, and performance reports with the reporting manager.
