Job Summary:

We are looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper & Data Entry Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various administrative tasks using accounting software.

Responsibilities:

- Process sales and purchase orders in accounting software.
- Confirm sales orders with clients and communicate purchase orders to the production unit.
- Enter sales and purchase transactions, dispatch details, and bank/cash entries.




- Prepare and maintain stock records.
- Generate various reports as needed.
- Manage company depot orders and inventory.
- Perform other data entry tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High school graduation or equivalent preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Computer literacy and experience with accounting software (Miracle, Tally, Profit) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
