Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.

- 5–8 years of experience in collections, preferably in NBFC, Banking, Fintech or Financial Services.

- Prior experience in a Collection Manager / Collection Head / Senior Collection role preferred.

- Strong knowledge of collection processes, delinquency management and recovery strategies.

- Experience in managing large collection teams and achieving business targets.

- Robust analytical, leadership and decision-making skills.

- Good communication, negotiation and team-management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
