Responsible for independently managing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for multiple SME clients, including recording sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, journal entries, bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, accounts receivable and payable, and preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
Must proactively coordinate and follow up with clients to collect invoices, bills, bank statements and other accounting information, ensure timely updating of books of accounts, resolve accounting discrepancies, complete monthly closing activities and visit client premises whenever required.
