Product: Bus Fabrication & Sub Assembly of parts (Roof, Floor, LH-Driver Door, RH Passenger Door, Windows, etc.)

Job Type: Bus Body Building (EV Buses)

? Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Qualification: ITI / NTTF & MIG Welding working knowledge (1G, 2G, 3G, 4G welding).

• Work Experience:

• Freshers: 1 to 2 years in MIG Welding & Experience.

• Experienced: > 2 years.

• Industry Background: Bus Shell Fabricators, Tipper fabricators, Load body fabricators, or Coach builders.

• Preferred Sourcing Locations: UP, Bihar, Orissa, Pune, Faridabad, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Jaipur.

• Technical Skills:

• Knowledge in welding (MIG / 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G welding types).

• Experience in Bus Shell fabrication.

• Languages Known: English, Hindi, and Kannada.

? Salary & Compensation Structure

Category 1 :

Fitters Fresher:

CTC – Rs.21,433/- (per month)

After PF/ESI ,1 Time food in canteen deduction

Salary Rs.15000/- (Take Home salary)

Category 2 :

Fitters / Electrician Experience :

CTC – Rs.24,2453/- (per month)

After PF/ESI ,1 Time food in canteen deduction





Salary Rs.17000/- (Take Home salary)

• Salary Day: 10th of every month.

? Medical & Physical Requirements

• Age Limit: 21 to 34 years

• Weight: Between 45 to 75 kgs

• Health: No medical issues of any kind.

? Facilities & Working Conditions

• Working Hours: 8 hours everyday (based on volume, need to work extended hours of 2 & 4 hours).

• Food: Subsidised food & tea provided.

• Stay & Transport: Accommodation and transport costs are Own (to be managed by the employee).

• Perks: PF, ESI, Bonus, and PPE provided.
