We are looking for a well-mannered, enthusiastic, and customer-friendly Counter Sales Executive to join our team at our saree showroom.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting sarees, fabrics, and other products according to their preferences.
- Must speak Kannada fluently and communicate confidently with customers.
- Explain product details, fabric quality, designs, and pricing.
- Handle counter sales, customer enquiries, and sales transactions.
- Maintain proper product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Manage stock, arrange sarees, and assist with inventory.
- Handle billing, payments, and basic sales records.
- Build good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Support daily showroom operations and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Positive communication skills in Kannada.
- Basic knowledge of sarees, textiles, and fabrics preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or counter sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn can also apply.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and presentable.
- Friendly personality with good customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Job Details
Position: Full-Time
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates
Joining: Immediate joining preferred.
