? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

1. Sales & Customer Service / बिक्री और ग्राहक सेवा

- Assist customers in selecting clothes according to their preferences and requirements.
- Understand customer expectations and provide suitable clothing recommendations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

2. Customer Reference & Styling Coordination / ग्राहक की पसंद और स्टाइलिंग

- Carefully understand customer reference photos, desired looks, designs, patterns, and styling requirements.
- Match clothing according to the customer’s reference images, size, colour palette, fabric, and overall look.
- Understand customer requirements properly and provide suitable clothing options.
- Complete the customer’s requirements as accurately as possible.

3. Mannequin Draping & Customer Photo Sharing / मैनिकिन पर कपड़े पहनाना

- Dress and drape selected outfits properly on mannequins according to customer requirements.
- Take clear and presentable photographs of outfits displayed on mannequins.
- Share outfit photographs with customers through WhatsApp for approval and selection.
- Make necessary changes according to customer feedback.

4. Visual Merchandising / कपड़ों की सजावट

- Fold, arrange, and display clothes neatly.
- Maintain attractive clothing displays.




- Dress mannequins and ensure proper presentation of outfits.
- Take product photographs whenever required.

5. Fabric Knowledge & Product Understanding / कपड़ों की जानकारी

- Understand different types of fabrics, their quality, texture, colours, and usage.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabrics accordingly.
- Identify fabric quality and explain product details to customers.
- Knowledge of steam pressing and garment care is essential.

6. Saree Draping & Garment Presentation / साड़ी ड्रेपिंग

- Properly drape sarees and present garments professionally.
- Maintain the quality and appearance of clothing during display and customer handling.

7. Billing & Payment Coordination / बिलिंग

- Prepare accurate bills for customer-approved products.
- Handle basic billing operations and POS machines.

8. Customer Logistics Support / ग्राहकों की सहायता

- Assist customers in carrying clothing bags from their vehicles to the store and vice versa.

9. Inventory & Stock Management / स्टॉक की देखरेख

- Handle garments carefully.
- Maintain proper stock arrangement.
- Perform steam pressing whenever required.
- Assist in handling and shifting clothing trunks.

10. Teamwork & Store Maintenance / टीमवर्क

- Coordinate with other team members.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the store.




- Complete daily responsibilities efficiently.

? REQUIREMENTS / आवश्यक योग्यताएँ

Age: 22–35 Years

Educational Qualification:

- Minimum 10th or 12th Pass.
- Graduate candidates preferred.

Experience:

- Prior experience in clothing sales, fashion retail, or garment stores is mandatory.
- Experience in handling premium clothing and customer requirements will be an advantage.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of different fabrics and garment quality.
- Ability to understand customer reference photos and styling requirements.
- Knowledge of colours, colour combinations, sizes, and fashion trends.
- Must know saree draping and steam pressing.
- Ability to dress mannequins and take good-quality product photographs.
- Basic WhatsApp and smartphone handling.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Responsible, hardworking, punctual, and presentable.

1. Accommodation:

Company-provided accommodation exclusively for the candidate/staff, including electricity charges.

2. Salary:

₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month (In-Hand), depending on experience and skills.

3. Annual Salary Increment:

Salary increment every year based on work performance and attendance after completing one year with the company.

4. Annual Bonus:

Bonus eligibility after successfully completing one year of service, as per company policy.

5. Weekly Off:

2 Sundays off per month.

6. Food on Working Sundays:

Breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks will be provided by the company.

⏰ WORKING HOURS / नौकरी का समय

Monday to Saturday: 10:30 AM to 10:30 PM.

Working Sundays: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM.

Sunday Off: 2 Sundays per month.
