1. Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing calls from students and prospective candidates.
2. Explain IT courses such as SAP, AWS, DevOps, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Full Stack Development.
3. Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
4. Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
5. Convert inquiries into course registrations and admissions.
6. Explain course fees,
duration, syllabus, certification, and placement assistance.
7. Schedule student counseling sessions and trainer demos.
8. Maintain daily calling reports, follow-up reports, and admission records.
9. Achieve monthly admission and registration targets.
10. Coordinate with trainers and placement teams whenever required.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
- Positive interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
