Job Overview:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the complete recruitment process, from finding suitable candidates to successfully hiring them. The person will work closely with the management team to understand hiring needs and ensure positions are filled on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand hiring requirements from the management team.
- Find suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sources.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers.
- Discuss salary expectations and manage job offers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring.
