About the role

Call working professionals and guide them into the right online MBA programme from leading universities. This is a target-based cold-calling sales role, ideal for freshers who want to grow fast in sales.

Salary & growth

• Fixed salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (up to ₹25,000 for exceptional candidates)

• Uncapped incentives: average ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 extra per month

• Fast-track promotion in 3 months with a 30% salary hike

What you will do

• Make outbound calls to interested working professionals

• Explain online MBA programmes, fees and payment options

• Follow up with leads and close admissions

• Meet daily and monthly admission targets

• Update lead status in Google Sheets





Who we are looking for

• Fluent Kannada or Telugu speaker (mandatory)

• English not required

• Freshers welcome

• Confident on the phone, target-driven and serious about a sales career

• Must stay near Koramangala or be willing to relocate nearby

• Qualification: [12th pass / any graduate]

• Location: Koramangala 8th Block, Bangalore (work from office)

• Working days & timings: [e.g. 6 days, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM]
