Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and experienced Site Supervisor to independently manage our ongoing Government and PSU project sites, ensuring smooth execution, quality work, manpower management, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage daily site operations and maintenance activities.
- Supervise technicians, electricians, helpers, and other site manpower.
- Maintain daily attendance, duty rosters, and work progress reports.
- Coordinate with Government/PSU officials, engineers, and clients.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work as per contract requirements.
- Monitor material requirements, tools, equipment, and inventory.
- Handle breakdown complaints and arrange timely resolution.
- Ensure quality standards, workplace safety, and labour discipline.
- Prepare daily reports, service records,



and work completion reports.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for manpower, materials, and project updates.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Site Supervision.
- Experience in Government/PSU Projects, AMC/O&M; Contracts preferred.
- Good knowledge of manpower handling and site management.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and documentation.
- Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

A reliable, disciplined, and proactive supervisor capable of independently handling project sites, managing manpower, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely execution without continuous supervision.
