Key responsibilitiesLead conversion

- Call and follow up on inbound leads from WhatsApp campaigns, website, ads and referrals within the agreed response time.
- Understand each traveller's needs — health and mobility, budget, travel companions, preferred dates — and recommend the right tour.
- Explain itineraries, inclusions, pricing, payment terms and cancellation policy clearly and honestly.
- Close bookings, collect advance payments and complete documentation (traveller details, ID, passport/visa where needed).

Customer relationships

- Own a mapped base of past and existing customers; call them regularly for upcoming departures, repeat trips and referrals.
- Keep in touch with families, who are often part of the booking decision.
- Coordinate with the assigned Tour Manager on traveller needs (diet, medical, mobility) before departure.
- Collect post-trip feedback and resolve concerns with care.

Process and reporting

- Log every call, status, note and next follow-up date in the CRM the same day.
- Keep customer data accurate and flag corrections.
- Work with operations on seat availability,



rooming and pre-departure communication.
- Share daily/weekly activity and pipeline updates with your manager.

Product knowledge

- Stay up to date on all current SeniorWorld tours, destinations and seasonal offers.
- Share customer feedback and demand trends to help shape current tours and campaigns.

RequirementsMust have

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years in travel/holiday sales, or inside sales in a consumer business (freshers with strong communication may be considered).
- Fluent spoken Hindi and English; a regional language is a plus.
- Comfortable making 100–120 calls a day and following up consistently.
- Basic computer skills: Google Sheets, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business.

Good to have

- Knowledge of domestic and international tour packages, visas and travel documentation.
- Experience selling to senior citizens or families.
- Has travelled widely and can speak about destinations first-hand
