Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries regarding domestic tour packages and travel services.
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
- Explain tour itineraries, pricing, inclusions and exclusions.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with customers regarding bookings, payments and travel details.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up updates.
- Provide excellent customer service before and during the booking process.

Requirements:

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of travel and tourism.
- Positive convincing and sales skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
