ENGLISHWe are looking for an experienced, skilled and passionate All-Rounder Chef to independently manage food preparation and kitchen operations across our restaurant and cloud kitchen.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience in North Indian, Chinese, Continental & South Indian cuisines.
- Expertise in food preparation, presentation and maintaining consistent taste and quality.
- Menu engineering, menu planning, designing and developing new dishes.
- Food costing, portion control, inventory management and cost control.
- Kitchen management, staff coordination and timely order execution.
- Maintaining hygiene, food safety and strict adherence to kitchen SOPs.
- Managing dine-in, takeaway and cloud kitchen order requirements.

Significant Requirements:

- Previous professional kitchen experience is preferred.
- Should be disciplined, responsible and capable of independently managing kitchen operations.
- Strictly NO Alcohol Consumption or Smoking. Zero tolerance policy.

हम अपने रेस्टोरेंट और क्लाउड किचन के संचालन के लिए अनुभवी, कुशल और जिम्मेदार ऑल-राउंडर शेफ की तलाश कर रहे हैं।

मुख्य कौशल एवं जिम्मेदारियाँ:

- नॉर्थ इंडियन, चाइनीज़, कॉन्टिनेंटल एवं साउथ इंडियन व्यंजनों का अच्छा ज्ञान और प्रैक्टिकल अनुभव।




- खाने की तैयारी, प्रस्तुति और स्वाद एवं गुणवत्ता में निरंतरता बनाए रखना।
- मेन्यू प्लानिंग, मेन्यू डिजाइन, मेन्यू इंजीनियरिंग एवं नई डिशेज विकसित करना।
- फूड कॉस्टिंग, पोर्शन कंट्रोल, इन्वेंटरी एवं खर्चों पर नियंत्रण।
- किचन मैनेजमेंट, स्टाफ कोऑर्डिनेशन और समय पर ऑर्डर तैयार करवाना।
- साफ-सफाई, फूड सेफ्टी और सभी किचन SOPs का सख्ती से पालन।
- रेस्टोरेंट, टेकअवे एवं क्लाउड किचन के ऑर्डर्स का सुचारू संचालन।

महत्वपूर्ण शर्तें:

- प्रोफेशनल किचन में पूर्व अनुभव आवश्यक / अनुभवी उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता।
- जिम्मेदार, अनुशासित और स्वतंत्र रूप से किचन संभालने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।
- शराब एवं धूम्रपान का पूर्णतः निषेध। इस नियम पर कोई समझौता नहीं होगा।
