We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with good English communication skills to join our UK telephone survey team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to UK customers and conduct surveys using the approved script.
- Ask questions clearly, follow the correct sequence, and accurately record responses.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Meet daily survey completion and quality targets.
- Follow company policies on customer consent, confidentiality, and data protection.
- Attend training sessions and apply feedback from the quality team.

Requirements

- Valuable spoken English and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and accurate typing.
- A patient, confident, and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work UK campaign hours.
- Previous call centre experience is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Working Hours

Monday–Friday: 1:30 PM–10:30 PM IST

Saturday: 1:30 PM–7:00 PM IST

Sunday: Off

Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.
