Job DescriptionZHome is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and hardworking candidate to manage daily e-commerce operations, including label generation, data entry, order processing and shipment tracking.

The candidate will work on different online panels and dashboards used for managing orders, shipping labels and delivery tracking. Complete training will be provided by our team.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and print shipping labels for customer orders.
- Enter and update order details on different online panels.
- Manage daily order processing and dispatch-related data.
- Track shipments through courier and logistics panels.
- Monitor delivery status, RTO and undelivered shipments.
- Update tracking information and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with the team regarding order and shipment-related issues.
- Perform basic computer and data entry tasks.
- Skills & RequirementsBasic computer knowledge is required.




- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is preferred.
- Ability to work with online dashboards and panels.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Responsible, punctual and disciplined.
- Freshers can apply.
