Cook / Chef – Multi-CuisineWe are hiring an experienced Cook/Chef with at least 1 year of experience in preparing different cuisines.
Cuisine Knowledge Required:
- South Indian & North Indian
- Continental & Bengali
- Mediterranean & Chinese
- Hyderabadi & Thai
- Fast Food
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dishes as per recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Manage kitchen operations and maintain proper mise en place.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of cooking experience.
- Valuable knowledge of multiple cuisines and cooking techniques.
Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month + ₹5,000 incentive.
