- ? Key Responsibilities:Follow up with customers for timely payments, payment reminders, and pre-closure requests.
- Maintain daily collection reports and accurate customer records.
- Monitor collection performance against assigned targets.
- Coordinate with Sanction, Accounts, and Disbursement teams.
- Manage customer data and follow-ups through the in-house CRM.
- ? Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Basic understanding of the lending industry.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Valuable coordination and time-management skills.
- ? Preferred Candidates:Candidates with experience in Payday Loans, NBFCs, or Collections are preferred.
