Job Responsibilities:

- Source and onboard delivery riders through field visits, referrals, and hiring drives.

- Explain vehicle rental plans and onboarding procedures.

- Support rider activation, wallet setup, and app-related issues.

- Coordinate with operations and service teams to resolve rider concerns.

- Maintain rider records and submit daily reports.

Requirements:

- 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate.

- Experience in field recruitment, rider acquisition, or field sales preferred.

- Positive communication and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable with fieldwork and smartphone applications.

- Local language proficiency preferred.
