### Job Description

We are looking for skilled and passionate kitchen professionals for the positions of Commis 1, Commis 2 and Commis 3 at our restaurant outlets in Colaba and Fort, Mumbai.

The ideal candidates should have knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, hygiene standards and food safety practices. Candidates with experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés or QSRs are encouraged to apply.

### Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.

- Prepare and cook food as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.

- Handle assigned kitchen sections independently as per designation.

- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation and consistency.

- Ensure proper food storage, labelling and FIFO practices.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.

- Follow food safety standards and company SOPs.

- Monitor ingredient usage and minimise food wastage.

- Coordinate with senior chefs and kitchen team members.





- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.

### Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés or QSR kitchens.

- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

- Understanding of food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.

- Good teamwork, communication and time-management skills.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

### Experience Required

- **Commis 1:** 2–4 years

- **Commis 2:** 1–3 years

- **Commis 3:** 0–1 year / Freshers with relevant culinary training
