About Vinayak Jewel PackVinayak Jewel Pack is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Engineer to manage jewellery showroom projects, display counter installations, site measurements, interior fit-outs and customer-site execution.

The candidate will coordinate between our company, customers, production teams, contractors and installation workers to ensure smooth project completion.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Visits & Measurements

- Visit jewellery showrooms and customer locations.
- Take accurate site measurements.
- Understand customer requirements and site conditions.
- Prepare measurement reports and site layouts.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams.

2. Installation & Site Execution

- Supervise installation of jewellery display counters, showcases, display units and fixtures.
- Monitor furniture, fabrication and interior installation work.
- Ensure correct dimensions, alignment and finishing.
- Check products before and after installation.
- Ensure projects are completed within the given timeline.

3. Project Coordination

- Coordinate with customers, contractors, carpenters, fabricators and installation teams.
- Plan daily site activities.
- Manage workers and installation schedules.
- Coordinate material delivery and site readiness.
- Resolve site-related execution problems.

4. Technical & Documentation Work





- Read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
- Prepare site measurement sheets.
- Calculate material and quantity requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports.
- Maintain project records and installation checklists.
- Report project status to management.

5. Quality Control

- Inspect display counters and showroom fixtures.
- Check dimensions, finishing, fittings and alignment.
- Ensure installation meets approved drawings and customer requirements.
- Identify defects and arrange corrections.
- Required QualificationsDiploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- 2–8 years of experience in interior fit-outs, commercial projects, furniture installation or site engineering.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of site measurements and drawings.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage customer-site work.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Preferred ExperienceJewellery showroom interiors.
