Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

Understand job requirements from clients and hiring managers.

Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and selection status.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Handle offer negotiation, salary discussions, and joining follow-ups.





Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Good time management and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduate in any stream.

Experience: 0–2 years; freshers can also apply.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
