Job Description

We are hiring a Community Manager to manage resident experiences across our co-living properties, ensuring a welcoming, engaging, and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage resident onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Handle daily resident communication, follow-ups, and concerns.
- Plan and organize monthly community events and activities.
- Build solid relationships and encourage resident participation.
- Collect feedback, track satisfaction, and resolve issues.
- Maintain resident records and provide weekly updates.
- Coordinate with the social media team for event coverage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and people-oriented personality.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM systems, and digital tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and engage with residents daily.
