Job Title: Automobile Workshop Executive – Service, Floor Operations & Spare Parts

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to support daily operations at an automobile workshop in Kandivali, Mumbai. The role may involve customer handling and service coordination, monitoring workshop activities, or managing spare parts and inventory. Candidates will coordinate with customers, technicians, service advisors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workshop operations, timely vehicle servicing, accurate documentation, and availability of required spare parts. Freshers with an interest in automobiles are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist customers with vehicle servicing enquiries, complaints, and service requirements.
- Record customer details, vehicle information, service requests, and job card updates.
- Coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection, servicing, repairs, and timely delivery.
- Monitor workshop activities, track pending jobs, and follow up on service progress.
- Assist in allocating service and repair jobs based on workshop requirements.
- Handle spare parts enquiries and identify the correct components using catalogues, vehicle details, or part numbers.
- Check spare parts availability and coordinate with suppliers for unavailable items.
- Maintain records of spare parts received, issued, returned, and pending.
- Coordinate with customers, technicians, service advisors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.




- Maintain service records, inventory documentation, and daily work updates.

Required Skills

- Interest in automobiles, vehicle servicing, and workshop operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of automobile components and maintenance.
- Strong follow-up, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail in customer records, job cards, and inventory.
- Ability to work with customers, technicians, and workshop staff.
- Willingness to learn new processes and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Positive to Have Skills

- Knowledge of automobile spare parts and inventory management.
- Familiarity with service estimates, job cards, and vehicle repair workflows.
- Exposure to automobile dealerships, service centres, or workshops.
- Knowledge of spare parts catalogues or workshop management software such as GMS.
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred; other qualifications may be considered based on skills.
- Experience: 0–1 year; freshers may apply.
- Location: Kandivali, Mumbai.
- Work Mode: On-site.
- Working Days: Saturday and Sunday working; weekly-off arrangement to be confirmed.
- Employment Type: Full-time, subject to confirmation.
