Salary: Up to ₹25,000 – ₹31,000 CTC + Incentives up to ₹20,000

Experience Required:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the Fintech industry
- Candidates with experience in companies like Paytm, PhonePe, GPay, BharatPe, JioPay, etc. will be preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle and manage the sales team for QR Code, Sound Box, and Current Account opening products
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure team performance
- Guide, train, and motivate team members
- Maintain robust relationships with merchants and clients
- Ensure proper reporting and daily activity tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and operations
