We are looking for a skilled CNC Router Machine Operator to operate and maintain CNC Router machines for cutting rubber, wood, acrylic and other materials as per drawing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC Router machine independently
• Read and understand engineering drawings, DXF, CAD files
• Set tools, set zero point, and do job setting
• Knowledge of ArtCAM / VCarve / Aspire software
• Check dimensions with Vernier, Micrometer
• Maintain daily production report and machine cleaning
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machine
• Ensure quality and safety standards
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of G-code / M-code
• Experience in 2D & 3D cutting
• Can handle plywood, MDF, acrylic, rubber sheet cutting
• Attention to detail and accuracy
Qualification:
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical
• 1+ years experience in CNC Router Operation preferred
