Job Role: Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)

Experience: 2–5 years running paid campaigns for D2C or e-commerce brands

Key responsibilities

- Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Display) for each client.
- Create the media plan for each client: objective, funnel structure, audiences, budgets, creative needs and expected results.
- Set up and maintain tracking: Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion events and UTM structure.
- Manage product feeds and Merchant Center for Google Shopping, and catalogue ads on Meta.
- Brief the Graphic Designer, Video Editor and Copywriter on ad creatives, hooks and offers, and review the results of each creative test.
- Work with the Website Developer to improve landing pages, page speed and checkout conversion.
- Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, offers and landing pages and record the learnings.
- Manage retargeting and remarketing across Meta,



Google and YouTube, and coordinate with the WhatsApp Marketing Specialist on follow-up journeys.
- Monitor ad spend daily and protect against waste, account bans and policy issues.
- Send weekly performance updates and run monthly reviews with each client: spend, CPA, ROAS, revenue, learnings and next steps.

Required skills

- Proven results managing monthly ad budgets of ₹1 lakh or more, with examples of before-and-after performance.
- Robust analytical skills: CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnel drop-offs and break-even analysis.
- Ability to judge creatives and give clear briefs to designers and editors.
- Clear written and spoken English for client reporting; Hindi and Punjabi are an advantage.
- Ownership of accounts, honesty about results and calm handling of poor-performing periods.
