About the role

Scientific Logo by Subhash helps business owners understand how their logo can support their brand and growth. As a Client Clarity Associate, you will have one-to-one conversations with our clients, understand their needs, and explain our services to them clearly, so they can make the right decision.

What you will do

- Connect with clients over scheduled calls and video meetings and explain our services in a simple, confident way
- Understand each client’s business and answer their questions clearly
- Guide clients through the next steps and follow up politely
- Keep client details and conversations updated in our CRM
- Work with our team to give every client a smooth experience

What we are looking for





- Clear and confident communication in Hindi and English
- Good listening skills and a polite, professional tone
- Comfortable speaking to business owners
- Willingness to learn and follow our process
- Basic computer knowledge
