Job SummaryWe are looking for a well-groomed, enthusiastic, and guest-oriented Steward to join our fine dining restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards of service.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required.
- Maintain proper table setup, including cutlery, crockery, glassware, and napkins.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages according to fine dining service standards.
- Ensure guests receive attentive, professional, and personalized service.
- Explain menu items, ingredients, and recommendations to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service stations, and dining areas.




- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other service team members.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Follow restaurant SOPs, grooming standards, and food safety guidelines.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 0–2 years of experience in hospitality or fine dining.
- Freshers with a Hotel Management degree or diploma may apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good grooming, presentation, and professional etiquette.
- Knowledge of table setup and basic food and beverage service.
- Solid guest-handling and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates from premium restaurants, luxury hotels, or fine dining outlets.
- Candidates with good English communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
