- Monitor daily team performance and productivity.

- Guide, train and motivate team members.

- Ensure achievement of monthly business targets.

- Generate new business through merchant acquisition and banking products.

- Maintain daily sales reports and provide updates to management.

## PROFILE 2: PROMOTER / MERCHANT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE

- Fixed Salary: ₹17,000 In-Hand

- PF + ESIC

- Incentives: Up to ₹10,000

- Earning Potential: Up to ₹27,000 per month

### Job Description:

- Visit local shops and merchants to promote Airtel Payments Bank products.

- Generate new merchant registrations.

- Promote Airtel Sound Box worth ₹699.

- Offer merchants a Free Current Account and QR Code.

- Explain product benefits and services to shop owners.

- Complete merchant onboarding and sales documentation.





- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

- Complete customer onboarding and account opening formalities.

- Achieve monthly targets of 50 Salary Accounts.

- Maintain daily sales and account opening reports.

**Daily Target:** 4 New Accounts

**Monthly Target:** 50 Salary Accounts
