Job Title: Sales Associate

Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for converting interested customers into active users. You will engage with leads, understand their requirements, recommend suitable programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect with prospective customers through calls and messaging channels.

* Understand customer needs and recommend the right programs.

* Convert inbound leads into enrolled customers.

* Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Ensure accurate updates in CRM tools and sales trackers.

* Coordinate with Operations and Customer Success teams for smooth onboarding.

* Upsell relevant value-added services.





* Provide a positive and consultative customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Minimum 1.5–2 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, or similar roles.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in English and Hindi (Knowledge of local language is an added advantage).

* Comfortable interacting with customers over calls.

* Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

* Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, or CRM software.

* Ability to handle customer objections and build trust.

* Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
