- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Connect with potential customers interested in building their dream homes.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location, and construction plans.
- Explain company services, construction packages, pricing, and processes.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule customer meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer information and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
