2. Kitchen Helper – Food preparation, cutting, cleaning and kitchen assistance.
3. Steward / Service Staff – Guest handling, table service, order coordination and restaurant upkeep.
4. UT Staff (Utility) – Dishwashing, cleaning, sanitation and general kitchen support.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Follow restaurant and kitchen SOPs.
- Ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Assist in daily restaurant and cloud kitchen operations.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality and teamwork.
- Minimise food wastage and maintain work-area organisation.
- Carry out assigned responsibilities with sincerity and dedication.
- SALARY & SELECTIONHelpers, Stewards & UT Staff: Salary as per experience and capabilities.
- Cooks / Chefs: Practical kitchen trial is compulsory. Salary based on skills and performance.
- Experienced candidates will be given preference.
