Full-time | 12-hour / 24-hour Home Care Assignments

MITRA is hiring B.Sc / GNM / ANM / Diploma Nurses / Allied Health Specialities for comprehensive home nursing and caregiving.

Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care, mobility and daily living support
- Administer prescribed medicines, injections and IV therapy within scope if from nursing background
- Manage catheters, Ryles/NG tubes, drains and other devices if from nursing background
- Perform IV cannulation, catheterisation and Ryles/NG insertion when competency-cleared
- Provide complex wound care, tracheostomy care and suctioning
- Monitor patients, document care and escalate red flags
- Coordinate with families, doctors and the MITRA team

Requirements:

- B.Sc Nursing/ GNM /ANM / Diploma / Allied health specialities
- Valid nursing registration if applicable
- Comfortable 12-hour and 24-hour assignments
- Must transparent MITRA training and competency assessment
- Compassionate, professional and comfortable working in patient homes across Bangalore
