We are a pure vegetarian South Indian breakfast QSR located in Besant Nagar, Chennai. We are looking to recruit suitable candidates for our kitchen operations.

Job Details:

- Position: Cook / Kitchen Helper
- Location: Besant Nagar, Chennai
- Experience: Fresher / Experienced
- Employment: Full time
- Joining: Immediate preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Preparation and assistance in South Indian breakfast items such as Idli, Dosa, Vada, Pongal and Kichadi.
- Preparation of Sambar, Chutneys and other accompaniments.
- Vegetable cleaning, cutting and other basic kitchen preparation.
- Assisting with batter preparation and daily kitchen activities.
- Maintaining food quality, taste and portion consistency.
- Assisting in food packing and parcel orders.
- Washing utensils and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.




- Proper handling and storage of raw materials.
- Following food safety, hygiene and kitchen SOPs.
- Coordinating with other kitchen team members.
