We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage the company's online marketing activities, social media platforms, advertisements and lead generation for our solar products and services.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Perform basic SEO activities and conduct keyword research [Preference].
2. Monitor and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
3. Generate, collect and share customer leads with the sales team.
4. Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
5. Design social media posts, promotional banners and Pinterest creatives using Canva and AI.
6. Schedule and publish social media posts regularly.
7. Create and publish two blogs per week on the company website.
8. Monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
9. Respond to customer enquiries, comments and messages on social media.
10. Manage and update the company website using WordPress, including website pages, content, images and banners.
11. Perform basic on-page SEO activities using WordPress SEO plugins.
12. Update website content,
installation photos and company gallery.
13. Create and edit short videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
14. Coordinate with the sales team to monitor lead quality and customer enquiries.
15. Visit solar installation sites when required for photos and video content.
16. Submit daily work reports and weekly marketing updates.
Required Skills
1. 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
2. Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
3. Positive knowledge of Canva, AI and social media management.
4. Basic knowledge of SEO and content writing.
5. Practical knowledge of WordPress website management, page editing and blog publishing.
6. Basic knowledge of WordPress SEO plugins such as Yoast SEO or Rank Math.
7. Knowledge of video editing and content creation.
8. Good communication and coordination skills.
Performance Expectations

- Completion of assigned weekly creatives and blogs.
