We’re Hiring: Hardware Service Coordinator

Join our computer hardware company! We’re looking for a **responsible**, technically minded qualified to keep customer service, field operations, and inventory running smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate service requests.

- self Schedule as field engineers and follow up on repairs and installations.

- Maintain stock records and coordinate with suppliers.

- Manage basic Tally entries, invoices, and payment follow-ups.

What we’re looking for:

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, printers, CCTV, and networking.

- Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, email, and WhatsApp.

- Good communication, organisation, and follow-up skills.

- Experience in hardware service, inventory, or office administration preferred.
