- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably US IT recruitment.
- A technical degree will get prefferd .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid candidate engagement and negotiation skills.
- Experience using multiple job portals and creating effective Boolean search strings.
- Ability to train and guide junior recruiters on sourcing, screening and submissions.
- Proficiency with multiple AI tools to support recruitment workflows.
- Willingness to work the US shift/night shift.
