- Multi-Store Operations: Conduct regular audits across all assigned outlets to ensure strict adherence to Pick up & Delivery schedules, Coorodnation with the commercial processing facility, hygiene protocols, and turnaround-time (TAT) SLAs.
- P&L; Ownership: Manage the aggregate profit and loss statement for the territory. Drive revenue targets for walk-in laundry, dry cleaning, and home-delivery subscription modules while managing utility costs (water, electricity) and labor budgets.
- Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee the Hub-and-Spoke logistics network. Ensure seamless transit of garments between local retail collection points and central commercial processing facilities.
- Customer Experience & Quality Control: Standardize fabric care quality control systems across branches. Personally resolve high-value customer escalations regarding damaged garments, lost items, or delivery delays.
- Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, train, and manage Store Managers, counter executives, and delivery personnel. Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for garment tagging, software logging, and customer interaction.
