Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced GeM Portal Executive to independently manage product listings, government bids, tender documentation, and order processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage GeM product listings, catalogue updates, and compliance.
- Identify and participate in relevant government tenders and bids.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids, including costing and documentation.
- Handle OEM approvals, Reverse Auctions (RA), and PAC processes.
- Manage order acceptance, invoicing, and shipment coordination.
- Maintain bid trackers, MIS reports, and tender documentation.
- RequirementsMinimum 2 years of hands-on GeM Portal & E - Procurement experience.
- Knowledge of government procurement, tendering, and OEM processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, costing, and documentation.
- Furniture or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
