Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Visit B2B outlets, retail shops, and merchants along with the sales team.

Handle field sales activities and ensure smooth business operations.

Drive QR Code installation at merchant and retail outlets.

Promote and sell Soundbox / Speaker Box devices to merchants.

Complete merchant KYC and Re-KYC documentation.

Identify new business opportunities and onboard current merchants.

Monitor team performance, daily sales activities, and target achievements.

Provide field support and guidance to team members.

Prepare daily sales reports and update management on team performance.
