Hiring: Lead Workday Finance Functional Consultant

Experience: 8–10+ Years | Location: Anywhere in India | Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote

We are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Functional Lead to drive large-scale, end-to-end Workday Financials implementations for a leading professional services organisation.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Workday Financials, particularly Core Finance and Procure-to-Pay (P2P), along with proven experience leading enterprise-level implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead 2+ large-scale, end-to-end Workday Financials implementations.
- Drive functional design, solutioning, configuration, testing, and delivery.
- Lead Core Finance and P2P workstreams.
- Manage Supplier Accounts/Contracts, Procurement, FDM, Business Assets, Banking & Settlement, Inventory, and Accounts Payable.
- Handle global and multi-country deployments, including localisation requirements.
- Identify functional risks, recommend solutions, and lead issue resolution.
- Support implementation methodology improvements and pre-sales estimation activities.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of relevant Workday Finance experience.
- Experience leading at least 2 enterprise-level end-to-end Workday Financials implementations.




- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Finance Core and P2P.
- Expertise in FDM, AP, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and Banking & Settlement.
- Experience with global/multi-country implementations.
- Practical experience in Workday Financial iLoads and financial reporting.
- Workday certification in any one of the following:
- Financial Core
- Financial Services Practical & Essentials
- Workday P2P

Additional Skills (Preferred)

- Workday Budgets, Reporting, Banking, Taxes, Supplier Accounts/Contracts, Business Assets, and Inventory.
- Workday data conversion using EIB/iLoads.
- Background in Financial Accounting or Procurement.
