Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping & reconciliations for multiple clients using Zoho Books—including vendor, customer, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and ensure alignment with Indian GAAP/Ind AS.
- File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns accurately and within deadlines across multiple entities.
- Collaborate with clients to collect and validate source documents, resolve discrepancies, and recommend process improvements.
- Support audit coordination by preparing schedules, maintaining audit trails, and ensuring documentation compliance.




- Automate repetitive tasks using Zoho Books workflows, reports, and integrations to improve efficiency.
