Role Description This is a full time, on-site Videographer & Editor role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves planning and shooting video content for digital marketing campaigns, including promotional videos, social media clips, and client case studies. Day-to-day tasks include operating cameras, setting up lighting, capturing high-quality footage, and ensuring consistent visual style.

The Videographer & Editor will also edit videos, add basic motion graphics or text overlays, optimize content for various platforms, and collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign goals. The role may require occasional client-facing interactions to understand project requirements and deliver content that supports local businesses.





Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production, including planning shoots and managing the end-to-end video workflow.
- Proficiency in Camera Operation and handling different Camera types for skilled-quality footage.
- Ability to set up and adjust Lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots to achieve consistent visual quality.
- Experience in Shooting Video for digital marketing, social media, and brand storytelling.
- Competence with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic color correction.
- Understanding of digital marketing needs and ability to create content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with a small, agile team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
- Relevant training or coursework in film, media, communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; a portfolio of previous video work is highly beneficial.
