Role Description This full-time remote Video Editor role focuses on creating and refining video content that supports India Prime Times’ news and storytelling objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing raw footage into cohesive videos, incorporating motion graphics and basic visual elements, and performing color grading to ensure consistency and visual quality.

Editor will collaborate with editorial and content teams to align videos with brand guidelines, timelines, and narrative goals.



Additional tasks include optimizing video formats for digital platforms, managing media assets, and maintaining an organized workflow to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and high-quality visuals.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for engaging visual storytelling.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) is beneficial.
- Experience creating content for digital news, social media, or online platforms is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are important.
- A portfolio demonstrating video editing and visual design capabilities is highly desirable.
