Healthus.ai is a healthcare growth agency. We help hospital networks, clinic chains, funded health start-ups, pharma companies and wellness brands in India and abroad turn attention into appointments, using SEO, AI search, paid media, social, content and video.

We're looking for a video maker who can make doctors look confident on camera, explain complex treatments in 30 seconds, and tell patient stories that move people to book. You should care about watch time and enquiries, not just views.

What you'll make

- Short videos that hook in 3 seconds. You'll create Reels, Shorts and LinkedIn videos built for retention, shares and saves.
- Doctor-led content. You'll produce explainers, Q&As;, myth-busters and expert interviews that build trust and support SEO and AI search visibility through YouTube.
- Patient stories and testimonials. You'll film real stories with care, proper consent and respect for patient privacy.
- Ad creatives that convert. You'll make video ads for Meta, YouTube and Google and work with our performance team to test hooks, formats and calls to action.
- Hospital and brand films. You'll shoot facility tours, launch films and campaign videos for bigger brand moments.
- End-to-end production. You'll own the whole process: concept, script, storyboard, shoot, edit, colour, sound, subtitles and motion graphics.
- AI-assisted workflows. You'll use tools like Descript, CapCut,



Runway, HeyGen or ElevenLabs to edit faster, repurpose long videos into shorts, and test more versions.
- Learning from the numbers. You'll track retention, completion rates, click-throughs and leads, then use those insights to improve the next video.

You'll thrive here if you
- Have 3+ years of shooting and editing experience, ideally at an agency or with a healthcare or wellness brand.
- Can show a reel with both short-form social content and longer interviews or explainers.
- Are skilled in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro, and comfortable in After Effects.
- Can handle cameras, lighting and audio on set, including in busy hospital and clinic environments.
- Know what makes Reels, Shorts and YouTube videos work right now: hooks, pacing, captions and trends.
- Can put a nervous doctor at ease and get a natural performance on camera.
- Understand healthcare content rules, including consent, patient privacy, NMC and ASCI guidelines, and avoiding misleading claims. If not, you're keen to learn.
- Bring motion graphics, animation or sound design skills. This is a bonus, not a must.
