ReadyAssist is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager with experience in the used car industry to expand our dealership partner network and drive business growth.

? What You'll Do:

- Onboard and activate used car dealerships as distribution partners.
- Drive policy sales and achieve weekly business targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and train dealership teams.
- Build strong dealer relationships through regular field visits.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer network.
- Gather market insights and ensure KYC and documentation compliance.

? What We're Looking For:

- 4–6 years of experience in the used car industry.
- Strong understanding of used car dealerships,



dealer networks and dealer economics.
- Experience in B2B sales, channel sales or dealer onboarding.
- Knowledge of RC transfer processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field 5–6 days a week.

? The Ideal Candidate: Someone who understands the used car market, has solid dealer connections, and can independently drive dealership partnerships and business targets.
