Role Description The Centre Manager role is a contract, remote position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned centres or projects within CertED Technologies’ talent, training, and services ecosystem. This includes coordinating hiring and recruitment activities, managing communication with corporate clients, training partners, and internal teams, and ensuring service quality standards are met.

The Centre

Manager will schedule and monitor training programs, track participant progress, and align centre outcomes with organizational goals and client expectations. Routine tasks involve maintaining operational reports,



resolving escalations, optimizing resource allocation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (training, recruitment, and delivery) to ensure smooth execution. The role also involves supporting business development efforts by providing centre performance insights and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills to manage end-to-end talent acquisition and staffing activities effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, partners, trainees, and internal stakeholders in a transparent and professional manner.
- Candidates should possess Service Quality and Training skills to oversee program delivery, monitor performance, and ensure consistent standards across centres.
- Demonstrated experience in centre management, operations management, or project coordination, preferably in training, staffing, or education services.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational, reporting, and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using digital tools and platforms for coordination and documentation.
- Familiarity with corporate training, technical education, or IT/Software services sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
