? Position: US IT Recruiter

? Location: Raidurg, HYD (Onsite)

? Experience: 0-10 years in US IT Staffing

? Shift: US EST / Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen IT candidates for US-based requirements
- Work with W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
- Solid understanding of US IT technologies and job markets
- Experience with OPT, H1B, GC, USC, and other work authorizations
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, and other sourcing platforms
- Coordinate with account managers and hiring teams
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets
- Managed end-to-end US IT recruitment activities through Beeline/VMS, including requisition review, candidate sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, and onboarding.
