Roles and Responsibilities:

- Serve as a subject matter expert for UKG Pro WFM and provide functional guidance across workforce management processes.
- Support UKG Pro WFM production environments, including issue analysis and resolution for timecard data, pay code calculations, person access, and functionality access.
- Configure and maintain timekeeping, attendance, pay policy, employee self-service, security, Hyperfinds, Dataviews, Transaction Assistant, accruals, scheduling, and advanced scheduling capabilities.
- Lead functional analysis and delivery of approved change requests, including impact analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, and release coordination.
- Evaluate, debug, and resolve Transaction Assistant errors and support integrations across UKG Pro WFM and other enterprise platforms.

Skills Required:

- 6 - 12 years of relevant experience,



including substantial hands-on UKG Pro WFM or UKG Workforce Central implementation and support experience.
- Hands-on UKG Pro WFM experience covering both end-to-end implementation and production support.
- Robust functional knowledge of UKG Pro WFM timekeeping, attendance, pay rules, accruals, scheduling, access and security, and workforce analytics.
- Experience analyzing workforce management issues and delivering stable solutions within enterprise production environments.
- Ability to manage functional requirements, configuration, testing, issue resolution, and change delivery for UKG Pro WFM.

Good to Have:
- Experience with release management and integration with Oracle Cloud.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification; any graduation background may be considered
